A New Direction

Just a note for all subscribers, I’ve moved my blog over to the excellent Tumblr. I found that the antiquated publishing engine I was using previously, Movable Type, was seriously affecting my desire to write. So I found Tumblr, which is simple and beautiful and a joy to use. Consequently, I am writing more.

Over the past 6 years the tone of my blog has evolved with my interests. Early on it was about software project management, then customer and employee experience, and now it’s generally about finding meaning in life (and how technology may enable that).

I’ve been in search of meaning myself lately. I moved on from eduFire in May and am cheering from the sidelines as they accomplish great things. I’m currently traveling and freelancing from cool cities around the globe, which is something I’ve wanted to do since 2002.

So. If you’re not happy, want to change that, and are curious about how technology may help, stay tuned!

(And in the meantime, why not read part one, part two, and part three about visiting Antarctica?)
